25% deposit for service and credit card on file are required to reserve vehicles and drivers. Full invoice amount is due no later than 72 hours of scheduled service.
Vehicle, Driver and Staff Fees:
Due to vehicles, drivers and staff being reserved for blocks of time to accommodate orders, it is difficult and sometimes impossible to reschedule them to a new assignment in a short time span. Therefore, we have a graduated refund schedule to compensate our employees for lost opportunities and lost revenue.
Services can be cancelled for a partial refund up to 48 hrs prior to scheduled service time.
Cancelled Packages:
Purchased event ticket price is non-refundable. Tickets will be mailed to you day of cancel for your use. Courier delivery available for additional cost.
