Due to drivers, sitters and staff reserving blocks of time to accommodate orders, it is difficult and sometimes impossible to reschedule them to a new assignment in a short time span. Therefore, we have a graduated refund schedule to compensate our employees for lost opportunities and lost revenue.
Services can be cancelled for refund or partial refund up to 24 hrs prior to scheduled service time.
- 72 hours prior to scheduled service -100% refund for services.
- 48 hours prior to scheduled service - 50% refund for services.
- 24 hours prior to scheduled service – 25% refund for services.
- Under 24 hours – no refund for services.
